This seasoning mix is truly a magnificent seasoning blend utilizing the subtle flavors of lemon myrtle. This mix is suitable to use with any type of fish. Simply pour seasoning onto a plate and roll the fish in it. Cook in a shallow frying pan in light olive oil or try a healthier version and steam the fish in a bamboo steamer on a bed of lettuce leaves and serve with an Asian inspired sauce.

Always have some on hand in your pantry. Serves 6-8.

For a vegetarian and vegan option, use the seasoning mix to coat tofu, eggplant or add to rice crumbs to season any dish.

Ingredients: Maize starch, tapioca flour, rice flour, salt, sodium bicarbonate, pure mixed herbs and spices. Onion and Garlic free.
