BREAKFAST OR DESSERT BANOFFEE POTS

makes 4 / takes 30mins

Base: 

Pre-heat oven to 170 deg.

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add in the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Combine until all the dry ingredients are coated. Bake for 15mins. Make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.


Date Caramel:

Blitz in a food processor or blender until smooth. Set aside.


Cream:

Whisk together until fully combined and store in the fridge to set.

Assemble:

Layer in pot:

  1. Granola

  2. Date caramel

  3. Sliced banana (approx 1/2 banana per jar)

  4. Coconut chia cream

  5. Top with grated chocolate!

  6. ENJOY!!
